Returns
United States, Canada, Australia
dbj global return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of receiving your item. You may request a return within this period. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we can only accept returned items with prior authorization.
Shipping and handling are not refunded. The customer is responsible for returning the item himself. If a customer sends a return without prior notification and authorization, the package will be refused and returned to the sender. Here is our return process:
- Submit a refund request by sending an email to info@dbj-global.com
- We'll email you the return address to return the product.
- We'll inform you once the product arrives and offer you a full refund, a replacement product, or store credit.
Please know that the following options may sometimes apply:
- We offer our customers to keep the faulty product and give them a full refund.
- We offer our customers the opportunity to keep the product plus a replacement item or store credit.
Please be careful with the following exceptions:
- Only damaged products are eligible for returns and shopping refunds.
- Used and worn products are illegible for returns.
- The item should be in its original packaging, unworn and unused, with tags attached and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
dbj global products must remain in sellable condition, as the item will be verified before the exchange is shipped. The customer is responsible for returning the item for exchange within 30 days of the shipment delivery. The new order change shipped to the customer will not have additional shipping and handling. Any exchange request after the first may have an additional charge.
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
Europe and the United Kingdom
If you're receiving dbj global products in the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days without justifying.
Return Conditions
- The return request should be made within the first 14 days after delivery.
- The item should be in its original packaging, unworn and unused, with tags attached and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Some items such as personalized items and personal care are final sale. They are neither returnable nor exchangeable. Non-refundable items include "personal care" products for hygiene reasons. Personal care is defined as any product that makes direct and continuous contact with the skin. Unopened/sealed items are acceptable for return. Personalized items marked as final are non-returnable and are also ineligible for refund.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must still have tags and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Only faulty or damaged items are eligible for returns and refunds. We do not accept returns for a change of mind.
